I always liked LIRC, but I don't think it's ever been 32-bitted. The last IRC client I used from a RISC OS box was actually running on a UNIX box, and accessed via Nettle. |

There is a WIP version of LIRC which is 32bit and maybe even ARMv7 compatible: http://riscos.openpandora.org/Diverses/lirc32.zip

Yes, I have it working on a Beagleboard. It generates an error message when it connects but clicking 'Continue' has it carry on without issue.
Haven't tested it in anger, though.
