Hi
An old time Archie User here.
I suddenly got really nostalgic this morning....my best work was done on my archie - and my piccies.
Does anyone know where I can download Clare's Illusionist if that's ok to ask? It's a shame these old programs aren't on the net....Amiga has lots of stuff....sometimes you just want to go back in time. I guess that's why we have the software preservation project else it will all fade into oblivion.
Here's hoping as I'm in the mood to do some old skool art this weekend! Thanks everyone.
PS off topic here.....Just saw and old post about Music 500 and Chris Jordan/Hybrid Technology......wow that brings back some memories.....

Does anyone know where I can download Clare's Illusionist if that's ok to ask? When Clares closed, APDL took over (some/all?) their titles, and continued to sell them.
Since APDL's Dave Holden passed away last year, some related parties have been involved in putting together a 'tribute' website - I believe the plan is, where possible, to make APDL's commercial titles available to download for free.
There's a section specifically for Clares' titles, though it doesn't appear to be set up yet. So keep your eye on that website - in time, hopefully, you might find Illusionist there for download. |

From Zarchos over on stardot:
After reading this it implies Illusionist should be found in volume 8, issue 3 disk.
The corresponding disk can be found here : https://archive.org/details/cdrom-riscos-riscworld |

If anyone has the manual for Illusionist and is willing to scan it, I've received a request for it.
I'm happy to spend the time to create the PDF if someone could scan it at 600dpi and FTP it to JASPP. |
