Posts: 7 		Just taken the old rom chips out of my a3000 risc os 2 and now sailing away on the risc os 3.11, got my built in apps and can read pc disks.. not HD disks but none the less pc disks. happy days

Posts: 147 		From memory the A3000 is only capable of reading 720K DOS disks, so that's as good as it gets. I believe there were expansions that added support for high density disks that presumably also included a replacement disk drive.
