Have you read through http://forums.jaspp.org.uk:9000/forum/index.php

Note that the latest release contains detailed information on the requirements (you need a recent RISC OS build, for a start)

I have just updated my Pi and got the latest ADFFS running. Let me know where you get stuck, and I will try and help.

What pi have you got? Also does Lemmings work on your pi? Have you ever used the ADFFS version and Riscos version that I am running and has it working?

I have a Pi1 (ModelB+). You should be fine with a Pi2 or Pi3 too.

I would only use the latest ADFFS (2.60) along with a recent RISC OS ROM image - yours sounds old.

All the disk images from the JASPP site have worked fine for me in the past, but I'll try Lemmings again.

With SD cards being cheap, it's practical to set up a bespoke one for ADFFS with all the latest ROMs/firmware/etc. You don't really to have to update your entire system.

A recent build of 5.23 (build two or three weeks ago).

The easiest way is to start with a spare SD card with RC14. Then update the Pi firmware, HardDisc4 and ROM. Effectively, make your own RC15.

I can try to explain further if you fancy trying it.
