So here I am waiting for an Omega made by Microdigital and running RISC OS which is owned by Pace. Why the **** is the newsstand mag called "acorn user"? It's like a bird-watcher's magazine being called "dinosaur user" (apologies to Castle's brand name, but you get the point). Will the availablity of Omegas be a good time to relaunch/rebrand the mag as say RISC Format or something? Maybe persuade a few newsagents to give it a try again? Anybody got any good suggestions for names? |

In the unlikely event that Tau would actually rename the thing, it should definately ditch any cheesy suffixes including: "USER", "FORMAT", "WORLD". It could simply use a title like: "RISCOS Magazine", "RISC TECHNOLOGY" (or something) * Fave option in bold |
