Upgraded to SpamAssassin 3.1 (RPMs built from source -
rpmbuild -tb Mail-SpamAssassin-3.1.0.tar.gz ).

Started off investigating why the server's using so much memory and processor resources. SpamAssassin seemed to be the main problem memory-wise and the update helps; Apache seemed to be taking the processor time, so I restarted it. Have to keep an eye on this...
