If anyone has any unfinished programs/games then please contact me.
Also if there are any budding coders, graphics artists out there then nows the time to get in contact, we need RISC OS games!

Hmm... All my unfinished games/programs are either badly coded, a bad idea to start off with, or were never started.
But I am a budding coder, willing to do, erm, code:
* BASIC
* BASIC Assembler (For modules/pure ARM code programs)
* ExtAsm assembler (Mainly for linking with C)
* C/C++ coming along
* I have OS 3 PRM's
* Not really much WIMP experience, but I expect I could pick it up quickly
* Willing to try sound/graphics if you give me some software/hardware to do it on smile

I recently sent my little BASIC-Game "WizSphere" to
editor@acornarcade.com as a freeware-prerelease and
haven´t had any kind of reply yet !
Maybe we all net faster contacts ?
The only thing,that´s missing for a "full" game is
Music and/or SFX although Dsymphonyplayer is already implemented...
Maybe we´d need more info about some way to swap our
unfinished projects "in the public" so that feedback and
development could be speeded up.
Please think this through and let me know.

Yours
41

Maybe i finally found someone to finish my little BASIC-Game ?
It´s a fully playable Platform/jump game which only lacks sound
and on Non StrongARM-Machines a considerable amount of Speed...
The game is called "WizSphere" and already has about 50 levels
and a passcode every fifth level.

So....
If you think you could make something out of it,please let me
know.
Longing for an answer:
junior

The Coding Vault moved to www.drobe.co.uk/codevault/ and now doesn't have much to do with acornarcade. If you send me the game then I'll get things looked at fairly fast.

Many apologies, all, I've been having very strange email problems recently, but I think I've solved them. My university email address seems to have lagged over the holidays... Normal service will be resumed asap. monkey

Modern technology is wonderful...
Especially when it fights back !
Ok,i posted the game-archive (ZIP) to wrath and andys@...
so i think i will get some response soon.
As i already waited about 2 years for a MOD that some guy
promised to compose for the game,i think that i´ll be
patient for once wink

Let´s see whatever emerges from this
kind regards: Junior

i probs have a few unfinished games lying around, the only 1 which comes 2 mind is '!Ballrun' which, as far as im concerned, was just a bad idea 2 start off with,
u construct an obstacle course with lifts, platforms, etc which u then drop a ball on2 and watch it attempt to make its way through, unfourtunaly, writers block set in and i gave up, leaving the ball mooching about aimlessly until u quit...
However if nebody out there is interested in making it in2 a full game then theyre welcome bt im nt doing any major programming on it!
