Unregistered user Hi,

Okay so Tim's asked me to go and get some answers from MicroDigital re: Omega. Post any suggestions here and I'll pop by in a bit and note them all down.

Cheers,
a

Unregistered user ..internal and visible bays too - else you'd need an external cd for cd-cd copying.

Unregistered user I don't want to sound negative but,
This machine has USB.
Who is going to write the drivers for the periferals that use it?
We can't get hold of drivers for printers and scanners as it is.

Unregistered user The Omega comes with a modem, but does it come with internet software to make use of it?

If one were to buy the CD rewriter for the extra 50 good english pounds, does that replace the normal CD, or is it in addition to?

Unregistered user It occurs to me that even if Alasdair gets the answers he may well be NDA'd by Microdigital. Certainly I suspect some questions I've suggested will definitely be under NDA.

Re: MAD - that's not an omega quesiton.

Without "room" for devices, there's no point at all.

However, peripheral drivers are a bit of a RISC OS problem... unhappy
